Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Our products ship directly from our suppliers' US warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments at different times. You will receive tracking information by email for each shipment.

 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect delivery times.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

 

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us at derpandfetch@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to make it right.
