Derp & Fetch is a small, family-run online shop in Hastings, Minnesota. We sell durable enrichment toys for dogs — puzzles, treat dispensers, slow feeders, chews and fetch gear — chosen for dogs who take things apart for sport.
Who runs this
The store is owned and operated by Empty Bar LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. Derp & Fetch is its trade name. There is no call center and no warehouse team — when you email us, you're emailing the owner.
Why we started
We got tired of buying “indestructible” toys that lasted an afternoon. So we started testing what actually holds up, and stocking only the things that survived. Every product here is one we'd put in front of our own dog.
How we ship
We're an online-only retailer. We don't hold our own warehouse inventory — our products ship directly to you from our suppliers' warehouses inside the United States. That keeps our prices reasonable, and it's why items in one order sometimes arrive in separate boxes on different days. You'll get tracking for each shipment.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive 6–11 business days after you order. Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, anywhere in the US. We do not ship internationally.
Returns
30 days from delivery on anything unused and in its original packaging. If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Details in our Refund Policy.
